Certificate in Pattern Design

Overview

This programme is for students with industrial sewing experience gained through completion of the Certificate in Garment Technology programme or through industry experience.

It is designed to give graduating students a wide range of core pattern making, cutting and production skills as a firm foundation for further career development.

Qualifications

After completing this certificate, you will receive the following qualifications:

• NZIFT Certificate in Pattern Design - Level 3

• National Certificate in Clothing Manufacture (Pattern making and Design) Level 3 - www.nzqa.govt.nz

• Men's, women's and children's pattern design
• Grading to industry standards
