ITENZ is a national organisation representing private tertiary institutions in New Zealand.
It is the largest association of its kind with over 187 Institutes and members, that covers all aspects of tertiary education and is recognised by Government agencies as the sector's main representative.
NZ Fashion Tech is a member of ITENZ and is proud to have been awarded provider of the year in 2010. Due to Val and Kevin's commitment and efforts they received the prestigious ITENZ Southern Cross Leadership Award in 2013, followed by EXCEL Entrepreneurship in Education Award for 2014. In the same year, Jacqui Bryne-Gibbs was awarded the Support Person of the year and Doula Matheos was also highly recommended in the Tutor of the Year category. Another good year for NZ Fashion Tech.

NZ Fashion Tech has been a member of the Quality Commission since 2005, with Kevin serving on the Executive during this time.

The Quality Commission scheme is a public statement about confidence in the quality of private tertiary education providers’ services.
It’s an independent body that provides a complaints resolution service for students - a free and easily accessible service that respects the rights of the studnts and of the provider.
