NZ Fashion Tech Tutorial Staff

NZ Fashion Tech tutorial staff bring a wide range of industry knowledge to the programmes to help prepare the students for working in the industry. They come from a varied background in the fashion and sewn products industry.

Tutorial staff are involved in personal programmes of professional development which includes up-skilling and training in their trade, tutoring and systems management to ensure that they are able to offer the highest quality training to students.

With a maximum ratio of 15 students per tutor, there is more opportunity to interact with individual students in helping them achieve their course goals. In addition to teaching sewing, garment construction and pattern design,  tutors work with students to help them plan and meet career goals with the aim of placing graduates into employment within the industry as the next learning step towards achieving their future goals.
