NZ Fashion Tech offers programmes in Auckland and Wellington. Auckland has three campuses located in Central Auckland, in the South and in the West of the city, and a campus in Wellington City. All sites are in close proximity to the central business district, and located near to rail and bus routes.

Classrooms replicate a workroom environment to prepare the students for the industry.

Industrial sewing machines and overlockers are used on the Certificate in Garment Technology (Foundation) and Certificate in Pattern Design programmes, and all resources - including equipment, fabric, trims, thread and stationery - are supplied for students use whilst on these programmes. The Diploma in Fashion Technology students have some resources supplied and students purchase extra equipment which are theirs to keep after graduation.

A dining area with a microwave, fridge, tea and coffee facilities is provided for students use, and they are responsible for keeping the area clean and tidy.
